To comply with all European Union statutory rights, Nebula Mockups grants the right to refund, within 14 days from the day of the purchase, to consumers living in the European Union.

For the refund, the consumer needs to send a notification clearly requesting a refund. The refund will be done using the exact same payment method. The consumer will be obligated to delete every refunded file, every publication, and every product or goods using this file.

The right of refund does not apply to personalized items or printed items.
